Gravatar头像加速不能显示

开启了v2ex镜像加速，但是头像还是不能显示

最后只能使用【WP User Avatar】插件结局，不知道是什么原因，因为不想使用过多的插件，希望WPJAM能解决这个问题，还能少安装一个插件。
